Chicago’s First Lady Cruises is proud to produce the best architecture boat tours in Chicago, as well as host private events on board. Customer service is paramount! A “people person” will excel in this role. Client communication is normally by phone and email but there are many in-person interactions as well.
A typical day involves responding to private cruise inquiries, processing contracts, providing general information regarding public tours, preparing sales mailings, checking in private parties and helping with special projects as needed.
