Principal Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Data Entry into Quickbooks GL
  • ADP Payroll entry
  • Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations and worksheets
  • Work with various departments to obtain information supporting accruals and adjustments
  • Help to analyze accounting results, investigate variances and document findings
  • Support the financial reporting processes and communication of results
  • Help ensure compliance with internal control policies and procedures
  • Provide support for budget and forecast preparation

Job Requirements

  • BS degree in Accounting required with a min 3.0 gpa
  • 1-3 years of accounting experience in a mid-size corporate environment
  • Experience in a retail/hospitality operation is a plus
  • Experience with ADP Payroll entry a plus
